Pre- and Post- Pregnancy Care

Pregnancy and post pregnancy should be the happiest time of your life! But if you’re experiencing pain this is not always the case. 

Our physiotherapists here at Every Body Physiotherapy have extensive experience in treating pregnancy and post pregnancy related issues. These include and are not limited by symphysis pubic dysfunction (SPD), pelvic girdle pain (PGP), lower back pain, leg pain and carpel tunnel syndrome or wrist pain.

We also offer post natal assessments to new mums. This assessment involves checking for abdominal separation (rectus diastisis) and pelvic and spinal alignment. We recommend all new mums avail of this to try to avoid any problems in the future.

Prenatal and Mum and Baby Pilates Classes are taking place in Mallow Primary Healthcare Centre. Just check our Pilates timetable here for the times. Pilates is an excellent way to maintain core strength and flexibility during pregnancy! It also helps get that flat tummy back once baby is here!
